Iqony provides information on the Mosbach wind farm

First public dialog on November 20 in Waldbrunn

Waldbrunn/Mosbach/Essen. In the spring of this year, the decision was made that the Essen-based energy company Iqony would develop the planned Mosbach wind farm in the Michelherd district north of Lohrbach. As part of the project development phase, the wind measurement campaign to determine the expected future wind potential in the project area began at the start of October. Now that the first steps towards successful project development have been taken, the company would also like to inform the public on the status of the project.

The municipality of Waldbrunn will kick off a series of public dialogs on Wednesday, November 20. From 6:30 p.m., Iqony invites interested residents to the Weisbach community center, Mosbacher Strasse 20 in Waldbrunn-Weisbach, to report on the current status of the wind farm project.

Iqony will be represented at the event by the technical project management team, among others, to answer questions from the attendees: “Our aim is to explain where we are with the project, what the next steps are and what the timetable is,” says project manager Dennis Nilles.

Further meetings in preparation

Interested parties are welcome to drop by on November 20 without making an appointment. There are also plans to offer similar events in other districts in the vicinity of the planned wind farm. Separate information on the other dates will follow as soon as the organizational preparations have been completed.
